i would really appreciate links to all works about and by Benjamin Rush that should be in the public domain. It would make me and others better able to read the writings that he is famous for and perhaps those for which he is less well known.

This is NOT MY website. however it seems to be about making available old stuff that the copyrights have expired for.
I just found an OpenLibrary source for Benjamin Rush’s publications in the above!!!
I believe that many other people listed in New World Encyclopedia may very well be present here as well.
I have not done research on openlibrary.org but cannot see any likely problems with letters penned by Benjamin Rush as far as copyright is concerned. I hope that this helps.
