Your site states that Edith sent a letter to Pope Pius XII and then uses the name of Pope Pius XI at the end of the letter. Is this a typo? Please correct as necessary. Thank you for the information on St. Benedicta of the Cross.Blessings, Ann

Thank you, Ann, for your feedback. Indeed, it was a typo. Edith Stein sent a letter to the Pope in 1933, who was Pope Pius I not Pius II. The error has been corrected. Thank you again for taking the time to comment and to help make NWE a valuable information resource.
