Gwanggaeto is the 4th monarch of Goguryeo, not the ninteenth

Dear Erika,

Please accept our apologies for the lateness of our reply.

Researching the fine point you made, we discovered that King Minjung of Goguryeo was the fourth monarch of Goguryeo. King Minjung reigned from 44 to 48 in the early first century. Gwanggaeto the Great ruled Goguryeo during the fourth century.
