Your timeline states that King Herod, Herod the Great, ruled from 37 BC to 4 BC but I have read that going back to earlier manuscripts of Flavius Josephus that he dates King Herods rein to 37BC to 1 BC. It looks like the early copies of his manuscript are only availble at the British Library in London and the American Library of Congress. Im inquiring to see if this is correct information. Thank you Jordan for your feedback. Indeed several scholars have questioned the date of Herod’s death, suggesting his death occurred in 1 BCE rather than 4 BCE.
