Her given name was not Mary Ann Morse Baker. It was Mary Morse Baker.

Thank you for your comment. According to some sources (such as Willa Cather and Georgiana Milmine, ”The Life of Mary Baker G. Eddy and the History of Christian Science”) she was named Mary Ann Morse Baker after her grandmother, although she never used the Ann.

I have researched Mary Baker Eddy’s life for more than 10+ years and searched the archives for the true history of this National Hall of Fame inductee. She is remarkable.
