Greetings,
I work for the Judaica Sound Archives at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. I use Sony Sound Forge for all my digitizing, cleaning and splicing. I am looking for the 78rpm set DM 1220 in good condition. I know that you and other companies have reissued it on CD, but I want to do the splicing myself. Would you know where I can find that 2-disk, 78rpm set of Ravel’s Bolero conducted by Koussevitzky at the Tanglewood shed?
Thank you,
Benjamin Roth
P.S. Any idea why they didn’t do the 3rd side over since the trombonist made two, very obvious mistakes during his solo?
