“The entire Western region has been strongly influenced by Asian, Native and Latino culture; it contains the largest number of minorities in the United States and encompasses the only four American states where all racial groups including Caucasians are a minority”
The issue with the statement below is that “all racial groups […] are a minority” doesn’t make too much sense because the writer is referring to all racial groups as minorities, including caucasians. There must be a majority race.
