Your page has incomplete information, [there’s no mention of it living in southern states of north America. I personally can verify the validity of my statement for a fact I know they lived in {South Carolina, USA} (inman and boiling springs town). My evidence to my claim is the mummified Wolly rinocerus head I found myself and have Infront of me.

I could find no written verification that the woolly rhinoceros lived in North America.
However, there are two (at least that I am aware of) extinct genus of rhinocerotid native to North America: the Diceratherium (meaning “two horned beast”) that lived during the Oligocene through Miocene, and the Menoceras (“Crescent Horns”) during the early Miocene epoch. Perhaps what you found is one of these?
